Would it be legal to download episodes of earthworm jim from youtube using www.javimoya.com the episodes?

come in three parts i i want to download them beacausei have dial-up and don't feel like waiting three hours to watch a part of a episode witch is 7 mins . i well not make copys or anything just for personal us ei just want to watch the episode once and delete from my pc

If you delete them after you watch them... then no, I don't think so. It's just like watching them on YouTube but without a long wait time. But remember that downloads with dial-up are slow too!! ;-)

If you keep them... maybe... you could be sued for copyright infringement by the people who made/sell the video(s) if they find out and want you to pay for it (but hardly anyone gets caught/sued... it's probably YouTube that gets sued, not you).


I HAVE DIAL-UP TOO so I know what you mean. But my hard drive doesn't have enough space for downloads so I can't download, watch, then delete. :-(
